About the Course
The primary purpose of this qualification is to provide progression to a higher level of employment and/or study within the supply chain logistics sector. The qualification has been designed to equip students with knowledge and skills for the sector.
This course is for: Those who already work within the Sector, Those returning to learning and seeking a new challenge and Those progressing from Level 1 qualification

Entry Requirements
Learners wishing to study at this level would benefit from previously attaining a Level 1 qualification and having a minimum of Level 1 in Functional Skills Maths and English. However, previous work experience and wider studies will be considered.

Progression
Learners could progress into a variety of opportunities including: Working roles such as: • Transport Planner • Supply Chain Manager • Port Worker Apprenticeships – for example International Trade and Logistic or International Trade and/or Logistics Manager Further studies – Level 3 in International Supply Logistics or similar higher education courses.

Assessment Method
Assessment is by a portfolio of evidence which is based on coursework including: • Videos/ Photographs • Evidence of Practical Activities • Reflective Journals • Questions/answers • Recorded discussions with tutor
