We use the latest industry standard kit, including Davinci Resolve and Creative Cloud 2020. Students film on a range of DSLR cameras and have access to our kit room, which is regularly updated with new filmmaking kit. Our state of the art greenscreen and live-TV studios allow students to work in a range of industry environments and job roles, to best prepare them for the job gaps in the media marketplace.
We are specifically focussed on entry routes to employment, and students work to create a professional media portfolio backed up with a range of work experience. We have initiated educational partnerships with organisations including BAFTA, the British Film Institute and National Theatre Live, and as recently as this year our students worked with the team behind the John Lewis Christmas ads and with Hollywood actor James Mcavoy.
