Property Maintenance apprentice

Total Building Service Ltd specialises in house refurbishment and property extensions. We cover all aspects of the property refurbishment project and work to a detailed schedule of works for a hassle free renovation project. We work closely with your appointed architect and engineer as well as your local authority through out the works.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with small building projects (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.)
• Assist with general building repairs, maintenance and decoration
• Assist with plumbing repairs
• Assist with carpentry works
• Requirement to travel to all residential sites run by Total Building Service LTD
• Any other reasonable duties as required by the Total Building Service LTD, line manager and the Company

Person Specification:

• Ability to work in conjunction with Total Building Service LTD to meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, punctual and reliable
• Good verbal communication skills
• Committed and flexible approach

Provisional licence desirable but not essential
