This course is for students who would benefit from learning in a small group in a supportive environment. Students will learn about their community and build up confidence towards independent living and skills for life.

Young people with learning disabilities who would benefit from learning in small groups in a supportive environment.
Students on this course will:
Work experience plays an important part in the course.
Supported learning courses have a varied and stimulating enrichment programme, including local visits using public transport, sport and social opportunities, and a coffee shop run by supported learning students.
Students may move on to Skills for Working Life courses or supported employment.
You will have an interview with the course tutor to be sure the course is right for you.

“I really enjoy the course, especially ICT, games and cooking. The teachers are really nice too. We get to go on lots of trips – we’ve been to Thorpe Park and to the Sky Skills Studio where we learned all about reporting. It was incredible!”
